With more than three decades spent performing, teaching, and refining his craft, Will Schlackl brings a lifetime of music to every stage and every student he works with.
His approach is rooted in feel, connection, and a deep understanding of how music lives in real rooms, whether that’s a quiet lesson space or a packed dance floor.
As an educator, Will holds a Bachelor of Education and has taught musicians of all ages and abilities through private instruction, group programs, and specialized workshops including Rock Skool and Jazzcool improvisation.
His teaching focuses on building confidence, musicality, and a strong foundation that players can carry into any style or setting.
As a performer, Will has played well over a thousand shows across a wide range of venues and events. His solo work blends a singer-songwriter sensibility with a broad repertoire spanning folk, rock, and country, always tailored to the room, the audience, and the moment.
Whether on stage or in a teaching role, Will’s focus remains the same: creating music that connects, resonates, and leaves a lasting impression.
